- Online Booking now live
We have now completed setting up our online booking
system for all courses. Students can now book a place and pay
for the course online. This will also streamline our systems for
keeping the course numbers in check and not overbooking!
- Now accepting Credit Cards
Following requests from customers we are now able to
offer payment by credit or debit card. We have signed up with
RBS World pay and can take payment over the phone or by email
link. We are also working with world pay on a phone app to allow
us to take payment on site for our Transfer clients and for
purchases of first aid supplies.
- New prices for Transport
To aid our clients with costing for transport quotes we
now have a new pricing structure; all transfers within Sussex
are now to be charged at £200 for a single journey, transfers to
London are charged at £300 per single journey. Our Paramedic
equipped response car can be used for £150 and £250 respectively
single manned. Remember there is no VAT to pay on hospital
transfers!

As a thank you to our regular customers we are offering £50 off

- Response Car Joins Fleet

We are please to announce that we have secured the
purchase of a 4x4 estate response car. This will further enhance
our fleet and allow us to undertake more high level transfers
for NHS or Private hospitals. As this vehicle is fully marked up
it is also suitable for blood and organ transfers. And will also
be used as a support vehicle for the cycle events we cover .
- Now offering EMT Training to EMT Intermediate level
We are now able to offer EMT training at our base in
Portslade for any private ambulance company or solo EMT to AREMT
standards to include international EMT grade exams. AREMT is the
choice for independent ambulance companies to demonstrate the
competence of their staff and provide real CPD. As evidence of
CPD is required to keep EMT Grade this further enhances the
image of Independent Ambulance companies
- Audited by South East Coast Ambulance Service!
Winter Pressure Help
We have just been audited and assessed to provide emergency
vehicles and staff to the local ambulance service in times of
adverse weather and major incidents. We will be working closely
with them to improve our ability to respond to their needs.

- WANT Medical Services joins AREMT
The new standard of training
for all independent
Ambulance Services
The international standards upheld by the AREMT will allow
us to show the level of training and qualifications of our staff
with an internationally held database to check registration and
updates. All staff will also have a ID card showing their
international grade as well as our company ID. More information

Once again we have been selected to provide medical cover for
the filming of this popular CBBC TV show. -

Lead Supplier for Ambulance services
We are pleased to announce that we have now agreed with
Spire
Gatwick to be preferred supplier to provide emergency ambulance services for ITU
transfers and admissions.

Yolandie loves the snow of late
Our Landrover 110 ambulance has been very busy in the
snow providing transport and emergency cover for local hospitals
and private patents; who would have otherwise been snowed in and
unable to get about.
With its off road tyres and a crew used to driving in difficult
situations we are perfectly placed to provide this sort of
ad-hoc and emergency service.
