Appointed Persons First Aid
The minimum level of training approved and
recommended by the HSE
£275 + VAT (In House Course only) Can be used as
yearly refresher for FAW and EFAW.
Paediatrics First Aid
The same course as the Appointed Persons but with child and
baby module added

EFAW - Emergency First Aid at Work
This is the new one day (6 hour) course as approved by the
HSE for low risk environments

First Aid at Work
This is the 3 day course approved and recommended
by the HSE for all companies in high risk environments that require a qualified first aider

First Aid at Work Refresher
This is the 2 day course required for
all First Aid at Work qualified Staff

Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
This course is 4 hours long and equips the student
to use any AED in the workplace or public access sites

Manual Handling
A 3 hour course on the basics of back
care and safe lifting

Patient Handling
This is a 4 hour course designed to bring the
employee up to date on the safe methods of people moving

Medical Gasses
A 6 hour course on the safe use of Oxygen to include
old and new style BOC cylinders. Can include Entonox if
required.

Fire Safety Awareness
A course to raise awareness of the procedures
required to reduce the risk of fire / what to do should fire break
out. Trained by serving Fire Fighters
